Barber's Farm

Since 1857, six generations of Barbers have farmed this land in the heart of the Schoharie Valley. On any given day, you will find sons, daughters, grandchildren, and schoolmates in the fields and at the markets, working hard to maintain high-quality produce and provide customers with our “welcome home” friendly service. Explore their farm stand filled with veggies and other local products including 1857 Vodka distilled right on the farm.


Betty Acres

At Betty Acres Farm, the Modern Milkmaid Cheeses are handcrafted fresh in their on-farm micro creamery from the milk of their own Guernsey and Jersey cows, then aged in their hillside cave, and brought to you at precisely the right time for ultimate enjoyment!

For people who care for a simple, pure and traditional experience, Bovina Valley Farms is the place that embodies old-time, authentic American charm at every corner. We are committed to preserving the region's artisanal craft heritage. 


Brookside Farm and Maple

The Scobie family has been farming for over 100 years, currently focusing on maple, pasture-raised and grass-fed Hereford beef, lamb, meat chickens, heritage turkeys, and pork. Visit them at their beautiful tasting room and try their excellent syrup.


The Bull & Garland

Visit this amazing pub and inn in the village of Hobart and join them for dinner in their beer garden overlooking the West Branch of the Delaware River.


Burn Ayr Farm and Farmstand

Kevin and Kathy raise beautiful Scottish Highland cattle.  Visit their farm stand and explore their many offerings from alpaca yarn to local veggies.


Buck Hill Farm

Established in 1979, Buck Hill Farm is a Maple Syrup Farm and a pioneer in
the Maple Specialty Foods industry. They have been creating value-added
products and serving farm-to-table meals since before the terms were coined! In spite of it's progressive nature, Buck Hill is still a small family farm. They serve full country breakfasts every Sunday and raise, grow, or source locally as many ingredients as possible. 


Byebrook Farm

The Deysenroths have been farming here for generations.  Visit their stand to purchase their raw milk and incredible gouda cheese. 


Catskills Regional Harvest

"The Harvest" was created to bring the bounty and talent of Catskills farmers, producers, and artists to the hands of fellow locals! They have everything from fresh greens to handmade chocolates, coffee, all natural body products, jewelry, and more. Dirty Girl Farm

Dirty Girl Farm, a small licensed goat milk dairy in Delaware County, began selling pasteurized goat milk and soft cheese in 2012. Today, the farm's products can be found in over 10 local retail outlets from the Catskills to the Hudson Valley.


East Branch Farms

The vegetables, herbs and fruit at East Branch Farms are grown in the East Branch River valley of the Northwest Catskills, at approximately 1600'. Diversity is high on the value chain here with multiple enterprises including The Straight Out of the Ground CSA, Kimchee Harvest LLC, produce grown for farmers markets, produce grown for local and NYC restaurants and our little farmstand. 


East Brook Community Farm

The beautiful and abundant land of East Brook Community Farm was purchased in 2015 by a small cooperative group with the intention of building a peaceful, active, socially engaged and resilient community based in permaculture, cooperation, and ecological living.

They sell vegetables seasonally at their farm stand and at local farmers markets, along with a local CSA; make herbal supports and medicines under our Collected Creations line; raise chickens and ducks for eggs; and have a small herd of beef cattle.

They love to have visitors, and are happy to offer educational, hands-on events throughout the season, along with work-stay (WWOOF) opportunities.


Elsewhere Farm

Elsewhere Farm has a heated greenhouse mostly dedicated to raising micro greens for sale to a local market. They are trying new things all the time, but have found the most success with mild and spicy micro mixes. A new product line is sunflower shoots, which are very prolific in our environment.



At Glenanore Farm the animals care for the land and the humans care for the animals. The Kune Kune pigs share pastures with Irish Dexter cattle, Saanen Dairy Goats, Boer Meat goats, meat chickens, and laying hens.  They sell pork, beef by the whole or half. THeir goat sausage and chicken are  USDA inspected and sold vaccuum packaged.  Please check for availability by calling 607/832/4472 or find these products at Catskill Regional Harvest and the Andes General Store.  The happy hens are free range and their eggs are available at the farm stand.

Greenane Farms

Located in the western Catskill mountains in the town of Meredith, Greenane is a diversified family farm raising Grass-Fed Angus cattle, Heritage pigs, Pastured chicken, Quail, Turkey, Goats, and Sheep and growing a variety of vegetables and fruits.  They operate an on-farm to table restaurant serving the finest in Authentic Mexican Cuisine and Steaks.  They also operate a farm store located adjacent to the restaurant where customers can buy their produce and have meats cut fresh to their liking. 


Harpersfield Cheese

Harpersfield Cheese is aged naturally and crafted using milk from their own cow dairy located in the northern Catskills of Delaware County. The herd has been bred over the past forty five years to provide a proper balance of natural nutrients to make our unique cheese.


Heather Ridge

Carol Clement and John Harrison own and operate beautiful Heather Ridge Farm. Carol moved to this property in 1979 and farmed part-time for many years while supporting herself with her marketing and film production skills. As John puts it, he married into the estate. Carol shrunk her business to grow the farm, and John finally retired from his off-farm job to join her full-time.  

They practice of system of moving the diverse species of animals in rotation through the pastures, a method known as intensive managed grazing. 

Visit the farm or their delicious cafe, The Bees Knees for a tasty meal.

Homegrown Farmstead

Homegrown is a small farmstead on top of Bramley Mountain growing fresh produce and raising happy well-cared-for livestock.  They have over 200 bushes of established heritage organic blueberries, an organic apple orchard, and an assortment of fresh herbs and vegetables with a particular focus on superfoods including broccoli, kales, and other leafy greens.  They also offer farm-fresh eggs, USDA certified heritage breed pork and lamb for purchase.


KyMar Farm Distillery

Born from the historic soils of Schoharie County, we are the first “licensed” winery and distillery in the County since prohibition. Premium ingredients are direct-fire distilled for an authentic spirit. KyMar partners with local growers in hand-selecting only the best contents for fermenting, aging and bottling on site.  They look forward to sharing their quality wines and spirits with you.


Lucky Dog Organic

Lucky Dog Farm is a NOFA-NY Certified Organic farm located in Hamden, NY, in the valley that the Delaware River cuts through the Catskill Mountains.  You can also visit their cafe and store.

Sap Bush Hollow

Sap Bush Hollow is a diversified pasture-based livestock farm that supports three generations of the Hayes family. They also run a delightful cafe in West Fulton serving up Shannon's incredible cooking, awesome coffee, and gluten-free pastries.


Scrumpy Ewe

Scrumpy Ewe Cider is an independently-run New York State Farm Cidery that ferments and grows a variety of European, heirloom and wild seedling apples in the fertile Schoharie Valley. Ryan makes hand-crafted, artisanal, dry ciders.


Shaver Hill Maple

 In March of 2004, Shaver Hill sold their dairy operation and transitioned full-time to maple syrup. They also run a maple equipment dealership through Leader Evaporator. They currently work on the farm every day making product and packing orders. As a family, they strive to produce the highest quality maple products and provide you with fast and efficient service.  


Star Route

Originally a dairy farm and then a horse farm for the last 150 years, their 70 + acres of farm land is nestled into a small one-road valley in the Northern Catskill region of New York state. In the last few years they have been transitioning the land into a diversified vegetable farm taking advantage of both the rich valley soil and our region's long agricultural history.

Stony Creek Farmstead

Stony Creek Farmstead is owned and worked by three generations of the Marsiglio family.  In 2005 Kate and Dan started growing meat, eggs, and vegetables for sale.  They adhere to rigorous free-range, beyond organic, pasturing practices for all of their animals.

Union Grove Distillery is a NY Farm distillery.  They have a beautiful tasting room and cocktail lounge to serve specialty craft cocktails as well as some local craft beer and NY labeled wine.  They offer tours and tastings daily and are family friendly.  Stop in and try their gold medal winning Vly Creek Vodka or one of their other craft spirits.


Wayside Cider

WAYSIDE CIDER  has found its home in two lovingly restored barns;  tucked behind Main Street in Andes NY.  You can not only drink and take away bottles (or cases) of their cider, but, stay awhile and eat some farm to table  food prepared by their l'academie de cuisine trained chef Siayko Skalsky.  


Weathered Hill

Weathered Hill Farm LLC is a family farm that raises fresh meat including lamb, chicken, and pork. Family and pet friendly, bring the whole gang!
